AC Future Ai-TH

Hydra’s team of designers and specialists were tasked with bringing AC Future’s early vision to life. Working collaboratively with AC Future, Hydra handled every aspect of the Ai-TH design process, including the interior and exterior design of the vehicle and provided CAD surfacing, Class-A surfacing, Color and Trim design services, and UI/UX design. Finally, Hydra’s engineering team and fabrication specialists produced a fully functional prototype that formally introduced the innovative Ai-TH to the world at the 2025 CES and demonstrated the vehicle’s innovative technology and features.

AC Future Ai-TH

Far more than a recreational vehicle, the Ai-TH is a complete reimagining of how we can live, travel and work in ways that are more sustainable, comfortable, affordable and intelligently connected.

The Ai-TH is a zero-emissions housing solution that transforms into a 400 sq. ft. smart home that is capable of a full week of off-grid living, including solar charging, water generation and internet connectivity. Infinitely customizable and blending luxurious amenities with smart technology and eco-friendly features, the Ai-TH combines the best of architecture, vehicle innovation and industrial design in addressing the mobility demands of the future.

Transforming Home

The Ai-TH was born from AC Future’s mission of addressing the affordable, sustainable and mobile housing crisis worldwide. The vehicle first took shape through an initial concept phase, that was introduced to the public at the 2024 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, giving consumers a first look at the innovative new vehicle via an immersive VR experience.

Smart design plays a key role in what makes the Ai-TH so revolutionary. In addition to expanding walls that enhance the living space, the vehicle is equipped with solar panels that capture and convert sunlight into electricity, generating +25kWh, and an atmospheric water generator system that converts moisture from the air into ambient clean water daily. This gives the Ai-TH unparalleled flexibility for off-the-grid living and adapts to the specific needs of the user.
